Most importantly, it means that your customers are happy with their home and that\'s rewarding to me. A large portion of Kevin’s business comes from personal referrals.

Having lived and worked in Essex County all his life, Kevin is very familiar with the communities you may be considering. Kevin is happy to share his knowledge and expertise with you to help make your search more manageable. He currently resides in West Caldwell with his wife and two sons where they enjoy participation in local sports, recreation and school-related activities. Kevin as been a full-time realtor with Rhodes, Van Note Realtors since 1997 and where he has repeatedly achieved the Salesperson of the month award.

Kevin has also been consistently recognized by the New Jersey Association of Realtors with the Circle of Excellence award, achieving bronze level status in 1998, 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2007 and achieved silver level status in 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2006.

Kevin was recognized by the West Essex Board of Realtors as 2006 Realtor of the Year.

Kevin has served on the West Essex Board of Realtors Professional Standards and Code of Ethics Committee 2002-2004 and was a board director in 2006-2007. He was Vice President of the board in 2008-2009 and President in 2010.

Kevin is a member of the Garden State MLS and the New Jersey MLS.
